- The Attwood Sahara Bilge Pump is a small and durable automatic pump that is simple to install. The pump is ideal for compact spaces and features a 316 stainless steel motor shaft and a tough, high-impact, glass-filled polyester impeller. The base of the pump can be easily removed for cleaning. Each pump comes with 36" lengths of 16-gauge caulked and tinned copper wire and a 3 year warranty. The switch is mercury-free and has a test knob for easy checking. The float movement is non-restrictive and has a large filter area to prevent clogging. The water flow around the housing keeps the motor cool and the 316 Stainless Steel motor shaft provides corrosion resistance.
